This antibody is a high quality secondary antibody obtained by immunizing goats with purified human IgG and purifying the antiserum by affinity purification column.

The recommended dilution ratio of fitC-labeled Goat anti-human IgG(H+L) for immunofluorescence staining is 1:500. In the actual experimental operation, the dilution ratio of fluorescently labeled secondary antibody should be adjusted appropriately according to the specific situation of antigen and antibody, and the recommended adjustment range is 1:2000-1000.

If the antibody is used for routine immunostaining, it can be tested at least 50 times with a fluorescent labeled secondary antibody diluted at 1 ml 1:500 per test. At least 150-250 additional tests can be performed if the used fluorescent labeled secondary antibody is properly reused.

Storage conditions:

Keep at -20℃ from light for one year.
