This antibody is a high quality secondary antibody which is purified by human IgG, mouse IgG and rat IgG, after immunizing goat with purified rabbit IgG and purifying antiserum by affinity purification column. Minimal cross-reaction to Human, Mouse and Rat Serum Proteins.

The recommended dilution ratio of this biotin-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) for Western, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry analysis is shown in the table above. The dilution ratio of the second antibody should be adjusted appropriately according to the specific situation of antigen and antibody in the actual experimental operation.

If the antibody is used for routine Western detection, it can be tested 100 times with 10 ml of 1:1000 diluted secondary antibody for each detection.

Storage conditions:

Stored at -20℃, effective for one year.
